Tim Mälzer is known as a restaurateur, TV chef and entrepreneur. He is also a creative mind, culinary consultant and art lover. And honorary lock keeper of the Hanseatic city of Hamburg, where he has also runs the «Bullerei» restaurant in the Schanzenviertel district since 2009. Promoting young chefs is particularly close to his heart.
Mälzer has enjoyed great success on television for many years. Most recently, he appeared in front of the camera for the 11th season of Kitchen Impossible. He combines entertainment with attitude, for which Tim Mälzer and his crew were awarded with the Grimme Prize and the German Television Prize.
