Our rooms are available for rent during the following periods: 
Calendar weeks:

• 2 - 7, 8 - 25 (limited availability during the semester)
• 26 - 28
• 33 - 37
• 38 - 51 (limited availability during the semester)

Booking requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance via the booking form.

Basic equipment:

• 1 mobile screen with camera function
• Ceiling speakers and ceiling microphones. 

Two seminar rooms (for 100 people each) on the ground floor are equipped with LED walls and ceiling cameras.

Basic seminar room equipment: 

• Furniture for 25 people with a mobile whiteboard and a presentation case. 
• Mobile chairs (high and low) and mobile tables (high and low), special furniture such as armchairs, etc. possible by arrangement.

Stand-up aperitifs are provided at SQUARE by Migros. SQUARE also has its own mobile bar. Please indicate whether catering or bar service is desired when making enquiries through the booking request form.

Members of the university can log into the Eduroam network with their user data.

Mobile phone reception is limited in the SQUARE. Please use WLAN telephony.
