How do good decisions come about in organizations? And what organizational forms help people and companies act in meaningful and effective ways? We explore these questions through a cinema evening and a Lightning Talks Night.

On 20 October, we will screen Wanted: The Best Company in our cinema. The documentary portrays companies that deliberately forgo classic hierarchies and experiment with new ways of working together. Entrepreneurs, experts, and pioneers offer insights into self-organized structures, modern forms of work, and the future of organizations.

After the film, there will be a discussion with the filmmakers from Goodlightfilm, Jonathan Möller from foryouandyourcustomers, and other pioneers.

On 27 October, we invite you to a Lightning Talks Night. In this dynamic format, professionals, entrepreneurs, and professors come together to explore different perspectives on decision-making and collaboration.

At the center are questions around flat hierarchies and new organizational forms: Who makes decisions? When and how are they made? And which approaches have proven successful in practice?

The evening offers the opportunity to exchange experiences, challenge ideas, and gain insights into different career paths and organizational models. Anyone who wants to help actively shape the future of work and leadership is warmly invited.
