'A Nidwalden native at heart and a cosmopolite at mind' – this is how Zita the Butler sums up what, at first glance, seems to be almost incompatible: Swiss down-to-earthness and international flair.
She is an expert in service skills, etiquette and behavioural training. She manages a private household in Switzerland and works as head of further training at GastroSuisse. She won first prize for her thesis at the Ivor Spencer Butler School in London, even presenting her concept to Queen Elizabeth II.
At SQUARE, Zita provides insights into her work and offers a glimpse into the world of service and service competence. During a stylish dinner, she teaches international etiquette and discusses her daily routine. In doing so, she demonstrates that good manners and confident behaviour go hand in hand.
The events are public and free. Registration is required for organizational reasons.
