Ola Källenius has been CEO of Mercedes-Benz since 2019. Since then, he has initiated a fundamental transformation at the long-established brand with the star logo in order to align the company with an electric and software-driven future.

The German-Swedish manager joined Mercedes-Benz in 1993 after graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of St. Gallen. At SQUARE, he will talk about strategic change in challenging times, the value of pioneering spirit, leadership responsibility and how innovation can pave the way for successful transformation.
