Personality in Residence: Gabriela Manser

In 1999, Gabriela Manser took over Goba AG as the third-generation leader. A trained educator, she transformed Goba during her tenure with numerous innovative ideas, authenticity, and a strong team, turning it into a shining gem recognized throughout Switzerland. The company achieved a major breakthrough in 2002 with the launch of Flauder. Its clear philosophy of sustainability has enabled Goba to grow and develop in a meaningful way. Today, Goba employs around 80 people. Since March 2022, Goba has been part of the F.G. Pfister Foundation, ensuring the company's continued development within its own culture in a sustainable manner.

As a board member, Gabriela Manser supports various companies with her creative, entrepreneurial, and people-oriented approach. She brings a sense of both sensuality and purpose to her work. Additionally, as a mentor, she primarily helps women succeed in leadership positions by empowering them to lead from their strengths.
