Provide students and external participants with hands-on insights into military leadership techniques through reverse coaching, highlighting the depth and rigor of officer training and its practical benefits for the private sector.
Create opportunities for students and external professionals to connect, exchange ideas, and build networks through interactive workshops and engaging panel discussions.
Equip participants with practical strategies to transfer military leadership skills into civilian contexts, enabling them to effectively structure and solve complex problems in their professional lives.
The Officers Association of the University of St. Gallen, founded in 1999, is a student-led group that connects students with military leadership experience. Our goal is to share knowledge, build camaraderie, and discuss security policy issues.
We host events each semester to strengthen our community in a non-military setting. We focus on showing how military leadership skills can benefit civilian life. Through our HSG Alumni Officers' Association, our network spans various industries, companies, and organizations.
