The pattern for the blanket was provided by the St. Gallen Embroidery Museum. The embroidery with the name "Entreu Deux" was carried out by the company "Labhardt & Co". In the 1920s, this company was known as the "queen of embroidered robes" and was renowned for its excellence and quality. As the HSG is also a university of excellence, characterised by its economic strength, the intention was to create a symbolic link between the old and the new.
